Accepted Payment Methods

We accept following payment methods:

1. Credit Cards

We accept major credit cards available in your country. We use Authorize.net, the world largest payment gateway service provider, as our secure credit card payment processor. We do not process or store in our database of your credit card payment infomation at anytime, instead, we rely on Authorize.net to process your credit card payment requests.

2. PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that enables its users to send and receive money worldwide. Its wide acceptance and security make it convenient and safe to use. The benefits are as follows: (1) Low Cost: Should two Paypal users decide to transfer money between their accounts, they’re able to do so at no cost. Paypal does not charge for personal transfers. This includes purchases made online; (2) Security: PayPal works as an account separate from your bank account. You transfer money into your PayPal account from your bank account and vice versa. This gives your Paypal account a high level of security, particularly when you are paying for an online purchase. When you pay for an online purchase using PayPal, we do not see your bank account or credit card number.

3. Bank Wire

Bank wire transfers are often the most expedient and safe method for transferring funds between bank accounts. You need to do the transfer at your local bank office, and transaction fees apply.

4. Western Union

Western Union allows you transfer money to almost anywhere in the world. It's easy and safe. You need to do the transfer at your local Western Union office, and handling fees apply.

5. Voucher

If you have a voucher, apply it on “Shopping Cart Summary” page and click “Take advantage of our offered Vouchers” to apply a voucher you have. The original price will be automatically deducted.

Applying a Voucher

TOYHOPE.COM offers our customers various types of vouchers from time to time to show our appreciations to our customers. Vouchers can be used on "Shopping Cart Summary" page during the check-out process.

On the "Shopping Cart Summary" page, first click on the "Hide Coupons/Points/Referrer" switch to turn on the Vouchers section; then in the "Vouchers" section,

either choose from a list of displayed vouchers/coupons, or manually enter a voucher code to use a voucher you have.

 

Please note, vouchers and points may not be used together in one transaction.

Redeeming Points

Redeeming points is a fast and easy process. When your shopping is complete and you are ready to pay, click on “Cart.” Check to see that the items to be purchased are correct and then scroll down and enter in the amount of points you wish to redeem. Click on “Check Outand pay

It’s as easy as that!

Order Processing Time

In general, for normal items, it will take 1-3 business days for us to process your order and ship out your package. However, for custom-made products, it may take a little longer. See the details below:

TOYHOPE.COM works with postal services in most countries to provide free shipping of all Retail Orders to most parts of the world. We also partner with major international shipping companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS to offer expedited shipping options. The cost and estimated delivery time for those options are summarized below:

Note: Please note that the above times are estimat from our shipping partners and in some rare cases extra shipping delay could occur. We are NOT responsible for the delays in such cases as we have no control over such issue. Also, delays would be expected during the holiday period. Track An Order

A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent that includes your tracking number ( (not applicable to Standard Airmail shipping)) as soon as your item has been shipped out. Click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx, China Post or other website, depending on which company shipped your package. From there, you can use the tracking code to track your package.

You can also track your order in “My Orders”:

1. Sign into your account and click “My Orders”.

2. Click on the order you want to track.

3. Click on the tracking link alongside the shipping information.

4. You will then be taken to the shipping company's website where you can enter your tracking number and find the current location of the package.

Please Note:  It may take 3-4 days for some shipping companies to post a package tracking info on their site. Also, Standard Airmail packages are not trackable.

Taxes and Customs Duties

TOYHOPE.COMs fulfillment centers are located in China. At TOYHOPE.COM, taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges are NOT added to the price of your order. There are no taxes or duties imposed by mainland government. When shopping from TOYHOPE.COM, you pay what you see on the checkout page.

 

Please Note: Items purchased from TOYHOPE.COM will be imported into your country from China. Recipients are responsible for some additional charges for customs clearance according to local customs or import duties on delivery. TOYHOPE.COM does not offer the service of arranging customs clearance. If you have concerns about local customs duties on imported goods, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier. TOYHOPE.COM is not responsible for the imposition of customs or import duties.

Although the probability of the item being detained by customs is almost nonexistent, we strongly advise you know the import policy before shopping from TOYHOPE.COM. Failure to do so, may lead to the postponement of delivery. Some products may require special licenses or permits to import (such as chemicals related). Therefore, please ensure that the item can be imported to the destination country legitimately.
